David Sullivan

David Sullivan is the quietly commanding force behind the kit in El Sidd & The Healers. With a deep pocket, a refined sense of space, and an uncanny ability to read the room, David is the kind of drummer who makes everyone sound better.

His range is vast—from silky bebop to Motown soul, hip-hop grooves to double-pedal metal thunder—and yet he never overplays, always choosing feel over flash. Based in Southern California, he’s a sought-after player known for his custom-built drum set and his signature mix of subtlety and power. Whether he’s swinging or slamming, David keeps the beat that keeps the band (and the crowd) moving.
